True faith for a Christian means you believe in, belong to, and are becoming like Jesus. But the path to that third item – becoming like Jesus, can seem mysterious to many of us.
Becoming like Jesus involves maturing in our faith. Jesus defined spiritual maturity in Luke 6. He told us, “A student is not above his teacher, but everyone who is fully trained will be like his teacher.” How do we mature in faith so we become more like Jesus?
